“I believe in the body's ability to heal itself and will utilize my expertise to assist the process. ”I have a love for learning about the human body, how it works, and how to help it heal. Helping others has always been my passion and wanting to understand their pain and how to ease that pain is one of the reasons why I chose massage therapy. Not only is this therapy good for your body, it can have healing affects on the mind; the two are connected, and we must nurture and care for both. I would love to talk with you about how massage therapy can be beneficial to your health and well-being.”

“During a trip to Thailand I fell in love with Thai Yoga and took training from Sunshine Massage School. I have always felt a deep connection with bodywork but have gained new perspective on the body’s ability to heal since going through recovery after a serious a car accident in 2020. I love sharing my experiences and work with others.”
