Yes. A credit card is needed to reserve all sessions. The card on file does not need to be used for payment at the time of service. During checkout you will have the option to use the payment of your choice.

We do not accept insurance at this time. We do accept HSA/FSA as forms of payment. Please contact your provider to check eligibility.

We do work with minors. For more information refer to the “Policies & FAQs” tab.

No. We request you arrive to your visit in loose clothing. During our intake we will discuss treatment options and you may remove articles of clothing at your discetion if necessary.

All of our treatment sessions are customized to your individual needs. 

• Pain Management: if you are seeking pain relief you may choose between a custom session or choose a specific treatment (ie: tension headache or tennis elbow)

• Stress Relief: If your goals are to elevate stress and relax, you may consider choosing a custom session in this category.

• Stretching: For a combination of stress relief and range of motion improvement stretching may be for you.

• Pregnancy or Postpartum: Where ever you are in your pregnancy journey, we are here to help and support your recovery. 

For safety reasons, we only return phone calls that leave a voicemail with context.

We do not have a receptionist on staff and during business hours we are typically hands on with our clients.
